Subscription and Auto-Renewal Information

1. Overview of Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

When purchasing a recurring subscription service from ARVENSO TRADE LTD, **you must actively check a box to consent to automatic renewal; we do not enable automatic renewal by default via pre-checked boxes.**

Once you confirm your subscription, it will **automatically renew** at the end of the current cycle unless you actively cancel it. The system will automatically charge the fee for the next cycle from your linked payment account based on the price and duration of the selected subscription plan.

- Subscription Cycle: Monthly / Yearly (based on the plan selected at checkout)

- Renewal Price: Based on the price displayed on the subscription checkout page; in the event of future price adjustments, we will notify you in advance via the renewal reminder email.

- Free Trial: Upon expiration of the free trial plan, if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the fee will be charged.

2. Advance Renewal Reminder

We will send a renewal reminder notification to the email address provided during registration **at least 30 days prior to each automatic charge**. The notification will include:

- The upcoming charge date

- The subscription fee amount for the next cycle

- Details of the current subscription plan

- Instructions on how to cancel automatic renewal

3. Canceling Automatic Renewal (EU Mandatory Simplified Cancellation Rules)

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time; **cancellation is free, the process is simple, and it can be completed online without complex steps.**

Cancellation Methods (Choose one):

1. Log in to your ARVENSO TRADE LTD account dashboard, navigate to [Subscription Management], and click [Turn off automatic renewal];

2. Send an email to our customer service address, including your registered email address and subscription order number, to request the cancellation of automatic renewal;

3. Contact our online live customer support to process the cancellation.
